Back by popular demand! AAPPR is excited to provide several exclusive complimentary experiences to leaders and decision-makers within physician and provider recruitment and talent departments. Individuals with decision-making authority within their organization will be hosted at AAPPR’s Annual Conference in Phoenix, receiving full attendee registration access, powerful tools and solutions provided by sponsoring business partners, as well as renewed energy and focus.

This program offers complimentary registration to the AAPPR Annual Conference, March 23-25, 2025, in Phoenix. In exchange, participants must schedule and participate in 15-minute meetings with a minimum of eight (8) different participating companies. These meetings will occur on Sunday, March 23 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the Phoenix Convention Center. They are a great opportunity to connect one-on-one with business partners who offer tools and solutions to enhance your recruitment program.

Space is limited, so apply early! Due to limited capacity, participation is generally limited to one person per healthcare facility. Exceptions may be granted if colleagues from the same facility make independent buying decisions. AAPPR will review the applications based on the applicants' decision-making authority and purchasing level/interest.

If accepted to attend, AAPPR will follow up with instructions to complete your registration. Please do NOT register for the AAPPR Annual Conference until you receive your acceptance status.

Note: Hosted Leaders Experience participants will not be able to participate in the Onboarding and Retention (OAR) or the CPRP-DEI pre-conference certification courses. These courses conflict with the 1:1 appointments and there isn't an opportunity to make up the content you miss. Participants are welcome to participate in the CPRP pre-conference certification course for an additional fee. Participants will need to step out of the CPRP course on the 2^nd day (Sunday) for their 1:1 hosted appointments. However, they will have access to the online course modules to view any content that was missed.

Hosted Leader Cancellation Policy: If you become unable to participate in the program, you may cancel your registration without penalty before February 24, 2025. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to nichole@aappr.org. Any Hosted Leader canceling after this deadline will not be permitted to participate in this program in future events.
