Sponsorship Opportunities

As a sponsor of the 2025 AAPPR Annual Conference, you’ll put the leading event for physician and provider recruitment professionals to work for you, heightening your exposure, strengthening credibility, and creating long-lasting impact. Choose from a variety of high-impact and unique opportunities or contact AAPPR to explore a customized option to meet your company’s goals.

Sponsorships are available to companies who have purchased an exhibit booth. Previous sponsors of packages above $10,000 receive the first right of refusal on the following year. AAPPR Signature and Strategic Partners receive access to sponsorship purchasing at least one week prior to the general public.

All sponsors will receive:

  • Pre- and post-show lists that include attendees’ names, titles, organizations, email* and postal addresses (pre-show list will be distributed on Feb. 21)
  • Recognition in opening remarks and scrolling sponsorship presentations
  • Recognition in a post-conference email thanking the sponsors sent to all AAPPR members
  • Clickable logo on AAPPR website and mobile app

*Registrants will have the option to opt-out of having their email address shared. Lists cannot be sold or distributed to third parties and may only be used up to two times or sponsor may risk not receiving lists in the future.
 

 
2025 Sponsorship Opportunities
RECRUITER CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP
$3,500 per scholarship | Unlimited available
Deadline to sponsor: November 22, 2024
Help make AAPPR’s best-in-class education more accessible to those with limited budgets. This sponsorship program gives you the opportunity to strengthen your image and raise awareness of your brand by demonstrating your support and commitment to the profession.
AAPPR will:
  • Publicize available scholarships on the AAPPR website, social media and email including recognition of the sponsor
  • Fully administer the scholarship (including application, selection, communication, and reimbursement of travel expenses)
  • Connect the sponsoring organization with the scholarship recipient for communication purposes
Scholarships will be applied toward registration fees, airfare, and hotel accommodations. Sponsoring more than one scholarship does not provide added exposure (just additional gratitude from more attendees!).
  • Introduce opening keynote speaker and address attendees (five minutes maximum) on Monday morning
  • Company logo on conference attendee registration bags (Sponsor provides the bags. Bag and artwork must be approved by AAPPR.)
  • Up to two (2) tables for promotion outside general session room before and during the keynote presentation (sponsoring company is responsible for attending tables and any materials at the tables)
  • Ability to place up to two (2) promotional signs in the room (location to be determined at the discretion of AAPPR staff)
  • Ability to place promotional materials at tables/chairs prior to the presentation
  • Ability to host a meet-and-greet with attendees and keynote presenter (plan must be preapproved by AAPPR)
  • Signage at the keynote presentation
  • One banner ad and two push notifications on mobile app
  • Logo in conference agenda on mobile app
CLOSING KEYNOTE SPONSORSHIP $20,000 | One available
  • Introduce closing keynote speaker and address attendees (five minutes maximum) on Tuesday afternoon
  • Up to two (2) tables for promotion outside general session room before and during the keynote presentation (sponsoring company is responsible for attending tables and any materials at the tables)
  • Up to two (2) promotional signs may be placed in the room (location to be determined at the discretion of AAPPR staff)
  • Ability to place promotional materials at tables/chairs prior to the presentation
  • Signage at the keynote presentation
  • One banner ad and two push notifications on mobile app

  • Sponsorship of professional photographer who will take attendees’ headshots and send the digital image by email (AAPPR provides photographer.)

  • Sponsorship of a fun photo booth either in your booth or another agreed upon location (AAPPR provides photo booth service)

  • Exclusive sponsorship of the Monday afternoon reception for first-time attendees and AAPPR volunteers
  • Custom branded email before conference to first-time attendees and AAPPR volunteers

  • Optional: May provide a gift to reception attendees

  • Exclusive sponsorship of a 20’ x 20’ open-air lounge in the middle of the exhibit hall where attendees can relax and recharge their mobile devices (Sponsor provides furniture and mobile device charging stations and can brand the space and/or stations. The layout must be approved by AAPPR.)

WELLNESS SPONSORSHIP$10,000 | One available
  • Offer chair massages or another wellness activity in your booth (or another designated space) during exhibit hall hours (Service providers to be contracted and paid for by sponsor. Scheduling appointments is the responsibility of the sponsor.)
  • One banner ad and one push notification on mobile app during the conference
  • Signage promoting wellness offering to include sponsor logo
  • Exclusive sponsorship of 20’ x 20’ puppy area in exhibit hall. (Sponsor coordinates with local rescue organization to have puppies present and covers any associated expenses.)
  • One banner ad and one push notification on mobile app during the conference
  • Signage promoting puppy lounge to include sponsor logo
  • Sponsorship of the food and beverage for the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday evening
  • Drink ticket(s) feature the sponsor’s logo

  • Exclusive sponsorship of a 20’ x 20’ entertainment activity within the exhibit hall (Potential ideas include arcade or carnival games, VR simulator, custom-screen-printing station, sports simulators, and more. Sponsor determines, coordinates, and pays for entertainment activity. Activity must be approved by AAPPR.)
  • One banner ad and two push notifications on mobile app during the conference
  • Exclusive signage in entertainment area
  • Drive traffic to your booth while promoting the AAPPR Conference’s sustainability goals. Sponsor provides branded reusable water bottles for attendees. (Optional idea: Host a decorating/sticker station in your booth.)
  • AAPPR will include the sponsor’s logo and instructions to visit the sponsor’s booth to pick up a water bottle in the informational (aka, “Know Before You Go”) email sent to conference registrants just prior to the conference and in a mobile app notification onsite.
  • Exclusive signage at conference water refill stations located in high-traffic areas throughout the event

LANYARD SPONSORSHIP$10,000 | SOLD
  • Place your company’s logo around the necks of conference attendees. The name badge lanyards will be co-branded with your logo and AAPPR’s. AAPPR will produce the lanyards.

  • Sponsorship of the interactive experience that will kick-off the opening session on Monday morning
  • Verbal recognition of sponsor during the interactive experience
  • AAPPR will work with the sponsor to incorporate their representatives into the experience (such as participating in a greeting line as attendees enter the general session room, or something similar)

  • Optional: Offer an enhanced food or beverage station in addition to standard food provided by AAPPR, such as a dessert station or waffle bar (at the sponsor’s cost). AAPPR will consult with you and must approve your plan.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SPONSORSHIP$5,000 | Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning still available
  • Host a half-day charitable activity in the exhibit hall (space, tables, and chairs provided by AAPPR. Sponsor coordinates and pays expenses associated with activity. Activity must be approved by AAPPR.)
  • One banner ad and one push notifications on mobile app during the conference
  • Exclusive signage in charitable activity area
  • Interact with attendees through the sponsorship of a carnival game station during the Monday networking party. AAPPR will provide the game station. Sponsor runs the game and supplies and awards prizes.
  • Signage at Monday evening even
  • This sponsorship includes lead retrieval service so that the sponsor can capture contact information from those that play their sponsored game, if desired.
BREAK SPONSORSHIPS$4,000 | Tuesday morning and afternoon breaks still available
  • Sponsor morning OR afternoon breaks on Monday or Tuesday (one sponsor per meal)
  • Optional: Offer enhanced snack or beverage station in addition to standard options provided by AAPPR, such as a coffee or ice cream bar (at the sponsor’s cost). AAPPR will consult with you and must approve your plan.
  • Signage recognizing each day’s sponsors at beverage stations
BREAKOUT SESSION SPEAKER SPONSORSHIP$4,000 | Four available
  • Sponsor provides a professional speaker (not a company employee) for one breakout session. AAPPR must approve the topic and speaker.
  • Ability to address session attendees to share your company’s message and introduce the speaker (5 minutes maximum)
  • Exclusive signage outside the session room
  • Logo in conference agenda on mobile app
  • Ability to greet attendees as they enter/leave your assigned room
  • Ability to place promotional materials and/or a small gift at tables/chairs for each breakout session in your assigned room
  • AAPPR will provide sponsor with assets to promote the session in advance of the conference on social media

Capture attendees’ attention and gain visibility for your company or products/services at the 2025 Annual Conference through the following valuable branding opportunities within the Phoenix Convention Center. GRAPHIC CUBES
$2,000 | SOLD
Cubes Back by popular demand! These cubes will be placed in key, high-traffic areas throughout the conference space. The top and bottom cubes will be branded with pictures of AAPPR members to capture attention. Your branding/message will be featured on the middle cube at eye level. The cubes were one of attendees’ favorite photo backdrops at the 2024 conference. Dimensions of each cube:

BANNER

Banner Share your advertising message on this large banner. The banner will be displayed on the wall in a high-traffic area between conference registration and the exhibit hall entrance. Dimensions:

WINDOW CLINGS ON PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

Window Clings Share your message with attendees as they travel the pedestrian bridge between the meeting space and the exhibit hall. Clings will be placed on appropriately sized panels without any obstructions in front of them. Dimensions:

HOTEL ROOM DROP SPONSORSHIP

Connect with attendees who are staying in the two official conference hotels by having a branded gift and/or messaging delivered directly to their hotel room on Sunday or Monday. Sponsor provides items to each hotel to deliver to guest rooms. Items must be pre-approved by AAPPR. Delivery charges are included in the sponsorship fee. The official conference hotels are the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown. AAPPR will work with the hotel to ensure gifts are delivered to conference attendees only (not exhibitors).
