1:1 Appointments with Hosted Leaders
Back by popular demand! Exhibitors can participate in the AAPPR Hosted Leaders Experience. Recognized by past business partners as one of the most valuable ways to connect with members one-on-one, your team will be eligible to meet with pre-qualified decision-makers in the physician/provider recruitment industry.Appointment tables are currently sold out. AAPPR may add additional tables in the future based on the number of hosted leader registrations. Why Participate?
- Gain access to key decision-makers and influencers at leading health care organizations and begin developing meaningful relationships that can lead to partnerships and revenue.

- You set the agenda for each pre-scheduled appointment. You’ll have dedicated one-on-one time and the decision-maker’s undivided attention.
- You’ll receive a list of attendees prior to the program. You can invite them to book an appointment with you and can customize your approach based on their demographics and purchasing interests.
AAPPR will pre-qualify physician and provider recruitment professionals based on their decision-making authority/influence and purchasing interest. If accepted, they will receive a complimentary registration to the AAPPR Annual Conference. In return, they will be required to attend a minimum of eight 15-minute meetings with participating business partners.
Each participating business partner and hosted leader will have a customized profile in our appointment scheduling portal. The portal will recommend matches based on the information provided in the profile. The hosted leaders and the participating business partners will have the ability to request appointments.
AAPPR will provide you with access to the list of participating hosted leaders and their demographic information by early February. You are allowed to send up to two marketing emails to hosted leaders that fit your target market and encourage them to meet with you.

Appointments will begin every 15 minutes during the designated times with cues for when to move. Lunch and refreshments will be available for exhibitors and attendees.
Investment
$3,250 per appointment table (in addition to exhibit booth fee)
Each 6-foot table has the opportunity to schedule up to twenty-six (26) 15-minute appointments on March 23, 2025 between 8 AM and 4 PM, Central. An organization may purchase up to 3 tables to reach maximum exposure of 78 hosted leaders.
Note: The hosted leader has the final authority to decide whether to schedule an appointment with your organization or not; AAPPR cannot guarantee a minimum number of appointments. In 2024, participating companies held an average of 19 1:1 appointments per table. The purchase of an exhibit booth is required to participate in the hosted leaders program.
Optional Complimentary Add-On
Would you like to ensure the healthcare organizations you’re looking to connect with are present at the conference? You may submit contact information for up to 10 people and AAPPR will send a personalized message inviting them to apply as a hosted leader. These applications will be reviewed by AAPPR to ensure they meet qualification criteria.
Program Participation
Only companies that purchase an appointment table may participate in any aspect of the Hosted Leaders Program. Companies who have not purchased a table may not enter the appointment room, meal room, or the pre-function space outside those rooms during the program hours.
