How Does It Work? In exchange for complimentary conference registration, Hosted Leader participants must schedule and attend 15-minute meetings with at least eight (8) sponsoring companies on Monday, April 13 between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. These focused appointments connect you directly to partners offering tools and resources that can transform your recruitment efforts.
Eligibility & Application Details
Space is extremely limited—secure your spot early!
Primary eligibility: Leaders with direct decision-making authority over recruiting vendors and solutions.
Usually limited to one attendee per facility (exceptions may apply for separate buying authority).
Applications are reviewed based on your purchasing level and decision-making authority.

Important Notes Hosted Leaders cannot participate in the Onboarding and Retention (OAR) certification course due to timing conflicts. The CPRP certification course is available with an additional fee, and online modules will allow you to catch any missed content due to Hosted Leader appointments.
Cancellation Policy If you need to withdraw, notify us before March 13, 2026, to avoid any restrictions on future participation. Requests after this deadline will affect your eligibility for future Hosted Leader programs. Send cancellations to nichole@aappr.org.
