Showcase your products, meet decision-makers, and build partnerships at the AASC Galactic Expo.
Eligibility
- Exhibitors must be current AASC members in good standing (no past-due balances).
- Booth requests remain Pending until membership status is verified and payment is confirmed.
Booth Details
Reserve your 8’ x 10’ Trade Show Floor Booth and receive:
- 8’ high back drape and 3’ side drape
- One 6’ skirted table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- Booth identification sign
Note: Booths #101–#121 do not include pipe and drape but will include a 6’ skirted table.
Pipe & Drape: Booths #201–#710 include full pipe and drape.
Electrical, Wi-Fi, and additional services may be ordered through the Exhibitor Service Center
Reserve Your Booth
A 10% deposit per booth and a completed registration form are required to secure your space.
Full payment must be received by December 1, 2025.
Booths reserved after that date must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
