AASC Galactic Expo Exhibitor FAQs


Only AASC Supplier Members in good standing may purchase a booth.

Non-member suppliers may exhibit at double the listed booth rate and must follow all event terms and conditions.

Non-exhibiting suppliers are not permitted on the Trade Show floor.


Each booth includes:

  • One 6’ skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Booth identification sign

Booths #201–#710 include full pipe and drape (8’ high back drape and 3’ side drape).
Booths #101–#121 include a 6’ skirted table but do not include pipe and drape.


All booth sizes are 8’ x 10’.


A 10% deposit per booth is required to reserve your space.
Full payment is due by December 1, 2025.
Booths reserved after that date must be paid in full at the time of reservation.


Yes. You may bring a vehicle, golf cart, ATV, or other motorized display, but you must purchase enough booth space to accommodate it.
Additional fees and approval from AASC are required.


Breakfast Keynote tickets featuring Kristin Goodwin are $60 per person and can be added during booth registration or purchased separately by logging into your exhibitor account and purchsing the tickets there.
