Early bird gets the worm! Spend the day traveling to Philly, settling into the hotel, connecting with friends exploring the surrounding area and getting checked in early with the Fraternity before the celebration full kicks into great on December 27

Ready to explore the City of Brotherly Love? While you're making memories at Convention, don't miss your chance to discover all the amazing things Philadelphia has to offer! We're helping coordinate group sightseeing tours so you can explore Philly's iconic landmarks, incredible history and delicious food scene with your fellow brothers - because everything's more fun when you're with APO family. From the Liberty Bell to those famous cheesesteaks, these group adventures are the perfect way to connect with brothers from other chapters while experiencing one of America's most historic and vibrant cities!
4 pm - 8 pm | Early Convention Check In
DECEMBER 27
Let’s gooooooo! Convention Check-In will be open throughout the day, so attendees can get their badges and start experiencing the party TOGETHER. This day will bring the energy and get brothers pumped for four days of LFS and CELEBRATIONS – with a Kickoff Celebration unlike anything you’ve ever experienced! We recommend arriving at the hotel by at least 5 PM so you can get checked in to the hotel and with the Fraternity before the Kickoff Celebration starts at 7 PM local time.

7 pm - 9 pm | Kickoff Celebration
The Kickoff Celebration will set the stage for an unforgettable four days. Launch into Convention with an evening of live entertainment, hors d’oeuvres and the buzz of hundreds of brothers reconnecting. This will be your first chance of many to catch up with old friends, meet new ones and hear exclusive announcements and updates, including the State of the Fraternity. Plus, you’ll have the chance to add to your APO swag collection with Convention merch and souvenirs while building the excitement for the week ahead!
DECEMBER 28
Open for business – and fun! This day is PACKED! Delegates of the Convention will start their day with breakfast followed by the important and memorable work they will conduct during the Legislative Session. Non-delegates will enjoy community building activities, service projects, learning labs and MORE! The day will close with a party hosted by DJ Jerry – a brother of Kappa Upsilon Chapter! Let loose and enjoy fellowship with brothers across all generations to music from the past and present. There isn’t a moment wasted on this day whether you are a delegate or non-voting delegate!

The APO Legislative Session is where the future of our Fraternity is shaped – delegates from chapters nationwide come together to conduct official business, vote on important proposals, elect the Board of Directors and make key decisions that will guide APO's direction for years to come. This is where voting delegates and the chapters they represent have a direct voice in how the Fraternity operates, from policy changes to new initiatives that will impact thousands of brothers across the country. It's democracy in action, where every vote matters and every delegate plays a crucial role in defining APO's legacy and ensuring our continued growth and success.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the heart of what makes APO extraordinary — SERVICE! This Convention isn't just about celebrating our past; it's about living our values right now, together. You'll have incredible opportunities to serve alongside brothers from across the globe - in ways both big and small - including multiple projects with APO service partners like Special Olympics, Gift of Life, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and a new partner we will be introducing to our members VERY SOON! Come ready to serve, ready to connect and ready to be part of something that extends far beyond the Convention!

The community reception is your time to unwind, connect and celebrate the incredible brotherhood that makes APO so special – grab some refreshments and delicious desserts while mingling with brothers from chapters across the nation. Whether you're catching up with old friends, making new connections or sharing stories from your service experiences, this relaxed atmosphere is perfect for building the lasting relationships that define our Fraternity. It's a sweet way to reflect on the day's accomplishments and celebrate the amazing community we've built together through Leadership, Friendship and Service.

It’s here! Are you coming?!? December 30th is THE day we've all been waiting for – APO's 100th Birthday Celebration that's going to be ICONIC! Start your morning with more incredible learning labs and networking that'll set you up for success, then get ready for the spectacular Through the Ages Luncheon featuring a chef-prepared plated meal while listening to past presidents share amazing stories from APO's legendary history. You'll even contribute to a special time capsule that won't be opened until APO's second century – talk about leaving your mark on history! The night explodes with our Celebration Banquet followed by the ultimate Birthday Party that literally takes over multiple rooms, complete with a birthday cake cutting ceremony, the loudest "Happy Birthday" song you've ever heard, and surprise activities that will have you celebrating until you can't celebrate anymore. This is a once-in-a-lifetime, century-defining party that you'll be talking about for years – if you miss this, you'll regret it forever!

This is your chance to cheer wildly for the chapters and individuals receiving national awards (could that be YOU?) and welcome the newly elected National Board of Directors and regional chairs who will lead our Fraternity into its second century. The energy builds to an incredible climax as hundreds of voices unite to sing the Alpha Phi Omega Toast Song, creating goosebumps-inducing magic that will fuel you up for the ULTIMATE birthday bash that's about to take over the entire venue – this banquet isn't just dinner, it's the perfect launchpad for the party of the century!
9:30 pm - 12 am| Birthday Party
THIS IS IT – the moment APO has been building toward for 100 YEARS! After the banquet, we're taking over multiple rooms for the most EPIC birthday party in fraternity history, with mind-blowing activities, legendary trivia that'll put your APO knowledge to the ultimate test, and a cake so spectacular you'll need to see it to believe it! We're talking surprise activities that will have you jumping out of your seat with excitement, plus moments so incredible that you'll be bragging about them for the rest of your life. If you miss this once-in-a-CENTURY celebration, you'll literally be kicking yourself forever – this is the party that will go down in APO history and you NEED to be part of it!
