Create to Change: Building Our Civic Power

Through this Call for Proposals, we invite arts and culture workers and cross-sector partners invested in a thriving arts ecosystem to help lead that exploration. We are seeking breakout sessions that move beyond conversation toward ideas, tools, practices, partnerships, and actions that participants can carry back to their communities. For example, a session might provide participants with a practical advocacy tool, organizing strategy, partnership model, or action plan they can adapt and put into practice in their own communities.

Together, we can Create to Change and build the civic power necessary to shape a more creative, equitable, connected, and vibrant California.
