CMAA2026, scheduled for October 4 - 6, 2026, in Denver, Colo., is CMAA's flagship event. It will include a comprehensive expo hall, plenary and breakout sessions, and the annual CMAA Industry Recognition Awards where 2026 CMAA Project Achievement Awards and other individual honors will be presented. Planned are three days of education, collaboration, and networking. This year’s event is designed to provide attendees with learning experiences that are valuable to the recipient, relevant to the evolving industry, unique to the profession, and optimal for project/program outcomes. The CMAA2026 education program will explore ways of improving the program and construction management professional's performance as a leader and their ability to overcome the obstacles and challenges they face in their professional lives. Sessions will provide content and learning opportunities that attendees cannot get elsewhere and feature interactive sessions that engage the audience and encourage participation. |

Yes, the conference app will be available for download in the Apple and Google Play stores approximately two weeks prior to the conference. An email will be distributed to registered attendees when the app becomes available. |

Multiple meals during the conference are included with a full conference registration: |

Your registration fee includes access to three days of education sessions, noted meals, and networking events. Not included in your registration fee will be your hotel and travel to/from the conference. These items will be at your own expense. We have negotiated discounted rates with the Gaylord Rockies, so be sure to utilize our reservation link to book your room. |

No, attendance for the education sessions is on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving to the education sessions on time, as sessions do fill up. |

Requests must be submitted by email to meetings@cmaanet.org. CMAA will refund registration and ticket purchases, less a $125 processing fee, upon written request received not later than September 4. Due to CMAA’s obligations to guarantee meals and other expenses made on your behalf, no refunds of registrations or ticket purchases will be made after that date. Credits will not be held for application toward future conference fees. Name substitutions can be made at any time and must also be submitted in writing. Once a final reconciliation of conference finances is completed, refunds will be processed and issued. |

Yes, badges must be worn at all times while attending the conference. |

Yes, we will have onsite registration available out side the Aurora Ballroom Exhibit Hall located within the Gaylord Rockies. Onsite registration rates will apply. |

There will be self scanners outside each of the education session rooms. You will need to scan your badge upon entering the session. Session attendance information will be posted to your CMAA Learning Center and RCEP after the conclusion of the conference. You will receive an email when all credits have been posted. If you miss having your badge scanned for session credit, you can self-report your attendance by completing this attendance form distributed after the conference. |
