Accommodations

Hotel reservations should be made online here directly with the hotel.‎ Your stay will be covered by Lumina Foundation for the nights of September 11th and 12th unless otherwise authorized. Any additional room nights outside of this specified period will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Should an attendee desire to extend their stay Lumina Foundation has secured a negotiated rate of $250.00 per night. This rate is available three days before and three days after the conference dates, subject to availability. Date changes must be made directly through the hotel portal and is the responsibility of the attendee. Attendees will be required to provide a credit card at check-in as a guarantee against incidentals.

UPDATE:  Please note that the hotel room block for the State Policy Retreat has closed. As a courtesy, we have held a limited number of rooms for attendees who were unable to reserve within the deadline. To book one of these rooms, please contact us at mrobinson@luminafoundation.org. Once we receive your request, we will assign you a room and provide a confirmation number. Any modifications to your reservation after confirmation will need to be made directly with the hotel. Due to limited availability, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to secure your room.

 

Booking Your Flight

You will receive a personal invitation to book your flights within 2 business days of your registration confirmation.The email invitation to book your flight will come directly from our travel partner, TripEasy. We highly recommend that you add their email address (travelnoreply@tripeasy.com.) to your safe sender list to ensure that it doesn’t get lost in a junk mail folder. To view the button on your personalized access you must enable images on the email.

   

Lumina Foundation has arranged for airfare payment; You will not need to use your personal or corporate card for payment to secure your air travel plans. Should you choose to extend your stay, you have the flexibility to book your flight earlier or later, adhering to the provided booking guidelines.
