Attendee FAQ

This Policy Institute is by invitation only, non-transferrable, and contingent on an individual’s elected or appointed status.

If you need to verify your NALEO Membership status, please contact Ms. Martha Beall, Membership Services Manager, at mbeall@naleo.org. Memberships can be processed or renewed here: NALEO Membership

Current paid NALEO Members in good standing are eligible to receive a scholarship. Expired or non-members will need to become current members.

If flights and hotel nights have already been reserved and purchased on your behalf at the time of cancellation, you may be invoiced for the total cost of the expenses incurred by NALEO Educational Fund. Unanticipated circumstances will be considered.

Capacity for programming is limited to registered participants. Participants’ family members and guests are invited to join our Policy Institute opening receptions, which are typically scheduled for the evening of the first day of the program. Please note, NALEO Educational Fund is not responsible for securing travel or lodging accommodations for spouses or family members
