Exhibit Space Costs
Booths are priced at a per booth cost for each 10 x 10 booth space (100 square feet) and assigned on the floor plan on a first come, first paid basis at the discretion of NCA staff.
Regular Exhibitor / Non-member
10x10 Exhibit Space: $2,525
10x20 Exhibit Space: $5,050
University Press / Non-profit
10x10 Exhibit Space: $1,595
*The fee for additional booths for the University Press/ Non-profit category is the same price as the non-member rates.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellations occurring before June 30, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations occurring after June 30, 2026, will receive no refund.
What's Included With Your Booth
- Company listing in conference program and mobile app
- Three complimentary booth staff registrations per 10x10 booth space
- 8' high curtain backwall, and 3' high curtain side dividers
- 7" x 44" Cardstock Identification Sign
- Carpet (the facility is carpeted)
- General security guard service
What's Not Included With Your Booth
The price of booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment, or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, individual booth cleaning, internet or any other special service ordered by the exhibitor.
