20' W x 6' D exhibit space with 3' H side drapes. Each booth includes a 12' draped table with tablecloth and skirt, four chairs, electricity, and standard pipe and drape. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Audio/visual equipment, upgraded furniture, and other enhancements may be ordered separately. Shipping and material handling costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Exhibit Booth Cancellation Policy

A full refund of all payments, less a $100 administrative fee, will be granted if written notice is received by SAME no later than January 15, 2027; a 50% refund of total exhibit fees, less a $100 administrative fee, will be granted if written notice is received by SAME between January 15, 2027, and February 1, 2027; commencing February 2, 2027, no refund will be granted.

Sponsorships must be paid in full by January 1, 2027, and cannot be canceled or refunded.
