The size categories are based on the following employee counts:
Small Business: up to 100 employees
Medium Business: 101 - 2,000 employees
Large Business: 2,001+ employees

Cancellations and Refunds
We must receive all attendee cancellations and refund requests in writing by February 1, 2027. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date, regardless of the registration date, or for no-shows.
Refunds will be issued within 45 days after the conference, and a $50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty. Send requests to samehrpost757@gmail.com.
