Professional Exhibit Hall

The Professional Exhibit Hall provides a premier platform for organizations to showcase programs and services directly to medical students, residents, interns, physicians, and advanced healthcare professionals. Opening Thursday afternoon and running through Saturday, exhibitors enjoy approximately 16 strategically scheduled hours of exhibition time, including dedicated periods without competing programming to ensure maximum attendee engagement. To optimize your experience, all exhibits must be fully operational and staffed by 1:00 PM on Thursday, with breakdown permitted only after 3:00 PM on Saturday—ensuring you capture every valuable networking moment throughout the conference.
