About the Booth Awards
AAPPR is thrilled to launch our Exhibitor Booth Awards Program at this year’s annual conference. These awards are designed to spotlight exhibitors who create memorable, engaging experiences for attendees.
2026 Award Categories
- Best in Show – Inline Booth
200 square feet or less
Recognizes maximum impact and design excellence in a compact booth space. - Best in Show – Island Booth
400 square feet or more
Honors bold layouts and standout interactive experiences in larger spaces. - Best Swag Giveaways
Awarded for the most memorable, creative, and useful attendee giveaways. - Most Engaging Booth Staff
Recognizes booth teams who go above and beyond with expertise, enthusiasm, and service.
Winners will be selected by a volunteer committee of AAPPR members and announced over the PA in the exhibit hall on Tuesday, April 14 at 2:30 PM.
Our team will then lead a celebration walk to each winning booth and present the award onsite, so winners can display their accomplishment for the remainder of the conference.
A professional photographer will capture a team photo of each winning booth with the award. AAPPR will also recognize each category winner across our social media channels.
