The bus schedule is as follows:

*Busses will be sweeping parking lots A/B/C and bringing people to the large bus at the finish line.

2.) Board a shuttle bus to take you back to the start line. This will be about a 30 minute bus ride.
The buses will run every 20 minutes. Starting at 6:20AM, with the last bus at 9:30AM.

3.) After arriving at the start line, pickup your reserved rental boat from your selected rental company. Then pick up your race packet and number at the registration tent. Apply your numbers to a clean area on the upper left and upper right sides of the front of the craft.  The numbers must be visible from both riverbanks.  Please do not have any other race numbers visible.

Note: Boats that have missed their official start must check in with the starter; otherwise, they will be disqualified.  All late starts will use their assigned starting time, unless reassigned a new time and boat number at the registration table.

4.) Make your final boat preparations and launch your boat. You will want to have your boat in the water about 20 minutes before your start time. While in the water you might want to paddle upstream for quick warm up. You can go to the side of the river with slow the current and wait for your number to be announced to line up at the start line.

5.) Have a great race and see you at the finish line! R.A.C.E.S. (Amateur Radio) volunteers will be at several points along the river. They will check your boat number as you go past. You can shout out your boat number to them when you see them as it can be hard for them to see your numbers.  R.A.C.E.S will be monitoring the weather as the race is underway. If a severe weather warning is issued, R.A.C.E.S. officials at the bridges will require participants to get off the river. If the weather allows safe return to the water, the race can be completed.  The total elapsed time, including any delay, will be used for award purposes. R.A.C.E.S will also help with Emergency communications that will be available at various locations along the race course.  If for any reason you must quit the race please notify a race official.

6.) After you pass the finish line and get your most amazing time recorded for the race, race volunteers will help you get boat out of the water. Return your boat rental at the finish line. Pick up your t-shirt and race patch from the t-shirt tent. Join the the post race party, there will be vendors, a food truck, and band at the finish line. Race results will be posted to a board. The awards ceremony will be at 2:00PM, located at the finish line party on the band stage.

7.) After you enjoyed the party, hop on a free shuttle to lots A, B or C and pick up your car.

8.) Thanks for coming to the race and we hope you had a great time!! See you next year!!! Had way too much fun?
