The REACH Adult Learner Summit is set to take place at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach in Newport Beach, California. Located a mere 4 miles from the iconic Newport Beach pier, this expansive 26-acre property is positioned adjacent to the tranquil Upper Newport Bay Preserve, providing a serene and picturesque setting for the summit. The resort-style atmosphere and generously proportioned meeting rooms strike an ideal balance between productivity and relaxation. Lumina has thoughtfully secured a block of rooms for conference attendees, ensuring luxurious accommodations with modern comforts and scenic views. Enjoy the newest guestrooms and facilities in the heart of the city’s best shopping, dining and entertainment. The Hyatt’s bayside location is minutes to Fashion Island and Balboa Island and under 30 minutes to Disneyland. 

Lumina will secure your hotel stay via rooming list. 

• Hotel accommodations will be covered by the Lumina Foundation for attendees from February 5-7, 2024.
• Any additional room nights outside of this specified period will be the responsibility of the attendee.
• You will be required to provide a credit card at check-in as a guarantee against incidentals.
• Lumina Foundation has secured a negotiated rate of $255.00 per night for our attendees, accessible three days before and three days after the conference dates, subject to availability.
• Date changes must be done directly through the hotel.

You will receive a personal invitation to book your flights within 24 hours of your registration. The email will come from travelnoreply@tripeasy.com. Lumina Foundation has arranged for airfare payment; You will not need to use your personal or corporate card for payment for your air travel needs.

Should you choose to extend your stay, you have the flexibility to book your flight earlier or later, adhering to the provided booking guidelines.
