Lumina Foundation is excited to announce The REACH Collaborative's Adult Learner Summit convening state and system leaders, college teams, and national partners to celebrate and accelerate our collective progress on building culturally sustaining pathways to quality credentials for adult learners of color.

The REACH Collaborative invites you to rethink and replace the systems and beliefs that unfairly hold adult learners of color back from a better education and its benefits.. The Adult Learner Summit will present attendees with examples of pathways, supports, and practices that celebrate and value adult learners unique lived experiences. Teams from six states will convene in California to collectively share and learn about how to remove barriers, design student-first supports, and create welcoming environments where adult learners of color can thrive.

As a participant, you have the following program benefits:

• Complimentary economy-class flights.
• Reimbursement provided for ground transfers from your home to the airport and within Newport Beach, covering the journey between home, airport, and hotel.
• Hotel accommodations (room only) for the duration of your program. Incidentals are not covered in your accommodations.
• Access to REACH Summit sessions.
• Reimbursement of expenses if traveling by car, up to the specified travel reimbursement limit.
