Registration and Check-In

Lumina Foundation has secured rooms for you as follows:
Check-in Date: February 5, 2024
Check-out Date: February 7, 2024

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

Lumina Foundation will cover hotel stays for attendees from February 5-7, 2024. Any room nights falling outside of this booking window will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Should you have any issues checking in, a representative will be available in the lobby to assist you on February 4 from 12PM-2PM and 4PM-6PM.

Travel Information

The hotel is located 15 minutes from John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA).
Travel options from SNA and surrounding airports are:

John Wayne-Orange County Airport (SNA)

Taxi: Cost is approximately $10-$25 one way.
Uber or Lyft: Cost is approximately $10-$25 one way.
SNA is about an 11 minute drive (4.8 miles depending on the route) away from the venue.

Ontario International Airport (ONT)

Taxi: Cost is approximately $80-$90 one way.
ONT is about a 60 minute drive (50 miles) away from the venue.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Uber or Lyft: Cost is approximately $70-$120 one way.
LAX is about a 60 minute drive (47.5 miles) away from the venue.

*Remember to keep your travel receipts.

Parking

Self-parking is available and includes in/out privileges (clearance 11 feet). Attendees should leave their luggage with reception before parking. Parking charges will be covered by Lumina Foundation.

What to Pack

The REACH Summit attire is casual. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease throughout the conference. We recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. The dine around takes place off property in the evening when the weather cools down, so be sure to bring appropriate clothing options such as a shawl or light sweater.

We have partnered with JabberYak to create a unique ice breaker button for your conference experience. This Button will enable you to share 7 of your interests with others to break the ice and get you talking. We currently have 90% participation. Thursday, February 1, 2004 is the last day to submit your information. REACH is around the corner, and we don’t want you to miss being part of this fun activity!

Dine Around: A culinary experience has been created for you in our Conference Dine Around in Newport Beach, where attendees can explore the diverse local dining scene. Enjoy old friends and establish new relationships with picturesque views and delightful conversations, making this event a memorable highlight of the conference. Snag your restaurant choice on the website. The reservation portal will open on February 1, 2024.

Conference Reimbursement

A week after the last day of the convening, you will receive an email that includes a link to Concur Reimbursements, an online platform that allows participants to submit their reimbursement request and associated receipts electronically. To ensure a smooth and easy process Lumina recommends the following:

For questions regarding what is covered for the conference check the Reimbursement Guidelines tab on the website.

• Don’t just save your receipts, take a picture. This prevents you from having to search for them later and makes Concur attachment a breeze.
• If you booked an airline ticket to a destination outside of your home airport, remember to save a screenshot of the cost of the flight to your original home destination for reimbursement. Lumina will cover up to the cost of the ticket of the origin airport.
• Reimbursement will only be applicable to meals not included in the conference agenda.
