Abstract Sponsor Session Submission
Welcome!
Thank you for sponsoring a session for NAEP EPIC 2024.
Please read the following below prior to filling out this form. You will be asked to accept these terms at the end of your submission.
Speaker Considerations

Include all presenters that will take part in the presentation. Do not list co-presenters without definite commitment that they will be on the session. The co-presenter(s) must agree to all the terms and conditions for participation.
Speakers must complete an agreement form to be confirmed for a session. Formal agreement will be providedvia the speaker service center. Access is provided once session information has been submitted and approved.
If selected, presenter(s) agree:
to present in-person during the time slot assigned.
to prepare course content, including PowerPoint presentation and session engagements for a one-hour session. All course materials must be submitted to NAEP at the date.
warrant and represent that the presentation and related materials are factually accurate and contain no material libelous or otherwise unlawful.
presentation must be educational in nature and not serve as a sales pitch for sponsor’s company. Collaboration with a NAEP member institution is encouraged. You may promote your company and provide a brief high-level overview of your product offerings.
This submission for applies to two sponsored session types:
1) Concurrent Session Track: A 60-minute session including Q&A
2) Choose to Connect Session (C2C): a 30-minute session include Q&A.
Please only complete the form for the session(s) you purchased as part of your sponsorship.
Concurrent Session Tracks and Related Topics
