Abstract Sponsor Session Submission

Welcome!

Thank you for sponsoring a session for NAEP EPIC 2024.
Please read the following below prior to filling out this form.  You will be asked to accept these terms at the end of your submission.

Speaker Considerations
  • Coordinate and pay for all necessary travel arrangements and hotel guest room reservations. Speakers must be registered for a full conference pass if they would like to attend session or events. A speaker only pass will be provided if only appearing for the presentation.
  • Include all presenters that will take part in the presentation. Do not list co-presenters without definite commitment that they will be on the session. The co-presenter(s) must agree to all the terms and conditions for participation.
  • Speakers must complete an agreement form to be confirmed for a session. Formal agreement will be providedvia the speaker service center. Access is provided once session information has been submitted and approved.  
  • If selected, presenter(s) agree:
    • to present in-person during the time slot assigned.
    • to prepare course content, including PowerPoint presentation and session engagements for a one-hour session. All course materials must be submitted to NAEP at the date.
    • warrant and represent that the presentation and related materials are factually accurate and contain no material libelous or otherwise unlawful. 
    • presentation must be educational in nature and not serve as a sales pitch for sponsor’s company. Collaboration with a NAEP member institution is encouraged. You may promote your company and provide a brief high-level overview of your product offerings.
This submission for applies to two sponsored session types:
1) Concurrent Session Track: A 60-minute session including Q&A 
2) Choose to Connect Session (C2C): a 30-minute session include Q&A.
Please only complete the form for the session(s) you purchased as part of your sponsorship.

Choose to Connect 
Sponsors may choose a topic that correlates to their buisnes offerings.  Topics are not limited to those listed above for the concurrent session, but it can be used as a guide for hot topics NAEP members are interested in hearing about. 

Session Details
  • Proposal submission topics cannot be changed after the review and selection process.
  • NAEP reserves the right to revise presentation titles or edit the session description of selected presentations for NAEP promotional and program publications.
  • Authorization will be formally requested by NAEP to 1) publish and distribute, in a variety of forms, the abstract for the Presenter’s session, PowerPoint slides and related materials for the presentation, and 2) utilize his/her name, likeness, photograph, and biographical data in connection with the use and promotion of any aspect of the concurrent session and the annual conference. 3) record the presentation for use in NAEP's enduring material library (LMS, Virtual Event, Etc).
  • NAEP may request on an individual basis the opportunity to record an online version of the proposed session pre- or post-conference.
