Important Notice Regarding Hotel Accommodations for EPIC
It has come to our attention that a third-party hotel consolidator is contacting exhibitors, sponsors, and members associated with NAEP. This entity is sending out emails to entice meeting registrants to make reservations with hotels other than our designated conference hotel, the Gaylord National Harbor.
Our primary goal is to ensure the safety, comfort, and convenience of our conference attendees. The official hotel for EPIC 2024 is the Gaylord National Harbor & The Residence Inn National Harbor. NAEP does NOT work with any third party to facilitate our housing. The only official way to reserve your room in the NAEP EPIC room block is to use the link you received in your registration confirmation e-mail. By using the hotel link in your confirmation email to book your room, you not only support the success of our conference but also secure the benefits and accommodations we have arranged specifically for our attendees.
As the conference date approaches, and our contracted room-night block at the Gaylord National Harbor fills up, some registrants may need to consider alternative accommodations nearby. NAEP will communicate to attendees when and if this situation arises. We will not work with any third party to help us facilitate a room block. We understand that flexibility is essential, and we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.
