EPIC is the largest in-person NAEP event of the year. Each spring, NAEP brings together over 500 procurement professionals from schools large and small, public and private, during its four-day conference. |

Yes, full conference attendee registration provides access to all events, sessions, networking, and meals. It also includes access to evening receptions and entertainment. To ensure the best attendee experience possible, access to the event or specific event activities such as breakout sessions, meals, receptions, and lounges may be limited due to capacity restrictions. Please arrive early. |

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and safe manner at all NAEP meeting and/or conference related events, activities and/or functions.
NAEP and venue Staff reserve the right to deny service to participants for any reason and may require participant to leave both the event and the venue without warning. NAEP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit participants from attending future NAEP events/meetings. |

Cancelation requests received by March 1, 2024, if approved, will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a $50 processing cost charge. Requests received after March 1 will not be approved.

Guest passes will go on sale on February 14th for the St. Patty's Party, Afterglow, and the Awards Luncheon. Guest passes have limited availability and are non-refundable. Unfortunately, due to capacity limitations, we are unable to offer guest passes for the Monument Cruise. |
The official conference hotel is the Gaylord Resort & Convention Center located at 201 Waterfront St. National Harbor, MD 20745. The link to make a reservation will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email. We also have an overflow hotel option as well. |
