Join us at the NAEP West Region Conference to connect with procurement professionals from colleges and universities across the west region. As an exhibitor, you'll have dedicated time to network, showcase your solutions, and build lasting relationships with institutional decision-makers.  
 
The West Region Conference offers an intimate setting perfect for meaningful engagement. Conference programming includes educational sessions, networking events, and exhibit hall hours designed to maximize your visibility and participation.

Location: UC Berkeley - MLK Building (Meeting Only) Berkeley, CA & Graduate by Hilton Berkeley (Hotel Rooms Only), Berkeley, CA
Conference Dates: 09/27/2026 – 09/30/2026 
Exhibit Hours: Monday 9/28 

Setup: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 
Exhibit Hall: 2:30 – 5:00 PM  
Tear Down: 5:00 – 7:00 PM

Booth Information 

Exhibitor booths are available on a first come, first served basis. Each exhibit package includes: 

• One (1) 6' table and two chairs 
• Two (2) complimentary full conference registration which includes access to the exhibit hall as well as all sessions, meals, and networking events. 
• One (1) complimentary exhibit hall only pass which includes exhibit hall access only.
