Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be sent via email to ssoannualmeeting@surgonc.org. There will be a $75 fee for cancellations received on or before January 16, 2025. For cancellations received between January 17 and March 5, 2025, a 50% cancellation charge will apply. No cancellations will be refunded beginning March 6, 2025.
 
If you have a serious reason for being unable to attend, you are welcome to petition for an exception to this policy. To do so, please email SSO at ssoannualmeeting@surgonc.org to explain your situation and include any documentation to support your case (documentation is optional, but recommended). These petitions must be submitted by Friday, April 18 (15 business days post meeting) to be considered, and the decision regarding your petition may take up to one month after the event.
