WELCOME TO THE OPTOMETRY'S MEETING SPACE REQUEST FORM

In order to secure your meeting space within the Headquarter Hotel or at an offsite venue, please complete this online meeting space request for each event you would like to schedule during the Optometry's Meeting 2025.


FOR TERMS & CONDITIONS, PLEASE REFER TO THIS LINK:
  • Submitting a meeting request does not guarantee meeting space
  • Meeting space is limited and will be assigned first-come, first-serve, space-available basis
  • Optometry's Meeting does not influence or have control of venue rental fees, food & beverage minimums or costs, or audio visual costs
  • Alumni Receptions will take place on Thursday, June 26 from 5-7pm
KEY DATES TO MAKE NOTE OF:
  • Alumni Reception Requests be received by December 20, 2024 to allow for expidited space assignments.
  • ICW Requests must be submitted by February 28, 2025.
  • Event confirmations will start being distributed on April 1, 2025.
  • You will receive an email with contact information for the hotel and audio visual once AOA has assigned your space.  You will coordinate room setup, AV, billing, and catering with the contacts that are listed in this email.
