Welcome to the California LULAC Foundation Convention Group Registration Form

This registration form is intended for those who are registering a group, this can include group leads who chaperones and students, chaperones who are bringing a group of students, or those who are registering a group of Council members. 

• In this form you will be able to:
• Register your group
• Select your seating location for general sessions
• RSVP for events

Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. The anticipated time to complete the form is approximately 5 minutes. 

Please do NOT register using this form below if you are:

• Registering yourself and you are over 18. Instead, please register using the Attendee Registration form here.
• A parent/guardian who is planning to attend the Convention AND you plan to bring your child who is under 18. Instead, please register using the Parent/Guardian form here.
