Welcome to the California LULAC Foundation Convention Parent/Child Registration Form

This registration form is intended for parents or legal guardians who are registering themselves and their child under the age of 18. Attendees under 18 are not permitted to register independently and must be registered by a parent or guardian

In this form you will be able to:

• Complete your and your child's attendee information
• RSVP for events
• Select your seating location for general sessions
• Sign the release of liability for yourself and your child

Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to make any changes or adjustments, you can do so in the Parent/Guardian Hub. The anticipated time to complete the form is approximately 5 minutes. 

Please do NOT register using this form if you are:

• Registering a group; student groups, councils or other special groups. Instead, please register using the Group Registration form here.
• A lead chaperone and you are registering a group of student attendees and/or other chaperones. Instead, please register using the Group Registration form here.
