Onsite Meeting Room Request
Welcome to the Affiliate Meeting Room Request Form. This form is for affiliates requesting meeting space at the host hotel during Celebrating and Accelerating Attainment.
Please Note: This space is not intended for exhibitor meetings. Exhibitor meeting requests must be submitted and approved through the Exhibitor Request Form.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your meeting room assignment. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will be notified. Meeting rooms are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
All requests must be submitted at least three days before your desired meeting start time.
