Elegantly restored to its historic grandeur, the iconic Old Post Office has been reimagined as Waldorf Astoria Washington DC. Our hotel sits on Pennsylvania Avenue between The White House and the U.S. Capitol near National Mall museums, the Washington Monument, and Lincoln Memorial. Welcome to the home of D.C.’s most consequential events, groundbreaking meetings, and unforgettable experiences.

Hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel using the link below.‎ Your stay will be covered by Celebrating and Accelerating Attainment for the nights of April 1st and 2nd unless otherwise authorized.Any additional room nights outside of this specified period will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Please note that a credit card is required to secure your reservation, and the hotel will request a card at check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Booking Your Flight

You will receive a personal invitation to book your flights within 2 business days of your registration confirmation.The email invitation to book your flight will come directly from our travel partner, TripEasy. We highly recommend that you add their email address (travelnoreply@tripeasy.com.) to your safe sender list to ensure that it doesn’t get lost in a junk mail folder. To view the button on your personalized access you must enable images on the email.

The conference has arranged for airfare payment. You will not need to use your personal or corporate card to secure your air travel plans. Should you choose to extend your stay, you have the flexibility to book your flight earlier or later, adhering to the provided booking guidelines.

Please be advised: Our flight portal requires all bookings to be made within one hour before and after the designated convening times. If your travel needs require booking outside of this specified window, the portal will be unable to process your request. In such cases, you are required to book your flight independently, adhering to our travel guidelines, and submit your reimbursement after the convening.

Airport

Attendees can conveniently book travel through three major airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA), Baltimore/Washington International (BWI), or Washington Dulles International (IAD). Please note that transportation from the airport to your hotel is the responsibility of each attendee. We recommend exploring local options such as taxis, ride-sharing services, rental cars, or public transit to ensure a smooth transfer.

Travel Distance to the Hotel:

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): Approximately 3 miles from the hotel.
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): Approximately 26 miles from the hotel.
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI): Approximately 33 miles from the hotel.

Parking

Parking charges for hotel guests will be applied to the master account. Attendees not staying at the hotel may request parking validation at the registration desk. We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience during your visit.
