Premedical Forum Recruitment Fair

The Premedical Recruitment Fair is intended for programs admitting undergraduates and post-baccalaureate students to medical and healthcare programs. Presentations of services and information should be relevant to undergraduate-level students and in accordance with the stated mission and goals of the SNMA. Materials are encouraged that inform students about training and educational opportunities. Typically, this includes information about allopathic and osteopathic medical school admissions, test preparation, and academic enhancement opportunities.

Please Note: Organizations registering for the PmF Recruitment Fair are NOT automatically registered to participate in the Professional Exhibit Hall. The Professional Exhibit Hall is a separate component of the Annual Medical Education Conference, with a different schedule and requiring separate registration and fees.

• Two exhibitor staff (additional staff are $250/each. Up to four additional staff per booth allowed)

COMBO (PROFESSIONAL & PREMEDICAL) EXHIBIT

• One (1) 10x10 booth in the Premed Recruitment Fair
• One (1) 10x10 booth in the Professional Exhibit Hall
• Two exhibitor staff at each booth (additional staff are $250/each. Up to four additional staff per booth allowed)
• Two chairs at each booth
• One table at each booth
