Exhibitor Booth Awards Program

The AAPPR Exhibitor Booth Awards Program recognizes exhibitors who create memorable, engaging experiences for attendees throughout the exhibit hall.

For the second year, AAPPR will recognize creativity, branding, attendee engagement, memorable giveaways, and exceptional booth staff at the Annual Conference.

Celebrates outstanding creativity, branding, and attendee engagement in a compact booth space. Booths will be considered for maximum impact and design excellence within limited square footage.

Honors exceptional use of a large exhibit space, including bold layouts and memorable interactive experiences. This award recognizes booths that stand out in high-traffic, multi-sided locations.

Awarded for the most memorable, creative, and useful attendee giveaways. This category highlights exhibitors whose swag leaves a lasting impression with conference participants.

Acknowledges booth teams who go above and beyond to interact with attendees by offering expertise, enthusiasm, and friendly service throughout the conference.

Winners in each category will be selected by a volunteer committee of AAPPR members and announced in the exhibit hall on Wednesday, March 24, 2027, at 2:30 p.m.

The AAPPR team will lead a celebration walk to each winning booth and present the award onsite, allowing winners to display their recognition for the remainder of the conference.

A professional photographer will capture a team photo of each winner at their booth with the award.

AAPPR will also recognize each category winner through its social media channels.

Elevate your presence, engage with attendees, and showcase the creativity and service your organization brings to the AAPPR community.
