Recruiter Conference Scholarship $3,500 per scholarship | Unlimited available Deadline to sponsor: December 1, 2026
Help make AAPPR’s best-in-class education more accessible to those with limited budgets. This sponsorship program gives you the opportunity to strengthen your image and raise awareness of your brand by demonstrating your support and commitment to the profession. AAPPR will:
- Publicize available scholarships on the AAPPR website, social media and email including recognition of the sponsor
- Fully administer the scholarship (including application, selection, communication, and reimbursement of travel expenses)
- Connect the sponsoring organization with the scholarship recipient prior to the conference
Scholarships will be applied toward registration fees, airfare, and hotel accommodations. Sponsoring more than one scholarship does not provide added exposure (just additional gratitude from more attendees!).
Opening Keynote / Conference Bag Sponsorship $30,000 | One available (subject to first right of refusal)
- Introduce opening keynote speaker and address attendees (five minutes maximum)

- Sponsorship of a professional photographer who will take attendees’ headshots and send the digital image by email (AAPPR provides photographer)
- Sponsor can schedule appointments and/or have the headshot area located in their booth. We will work with you!

First-Time Attendee and Volunteer Reception Sponsorship $13,000 | One available (subject to first right of refusal)

Wellness Sponsorship $11,000 | One available
- Offer chair massages or another wellness activity in your booth (or another designated space) during exhibit hall hours (Service providers to be contracted and paid for by sponsor. Scheduling appointments is the responsibility of the sponsor.

Puppy Lounge Sponsorship $11,000 | One available (subject to first right of refusal)
- Exclusive sponsorship of 20’ x 20’ puppy area in exhibit hall. (Sponsor coordinates with local rescue organization to have puppies present and covers any associated expenses.)
- One banner ad and one push notification on mobile app during the conference
- Signage promoting puppy lounge to include sponsor logo
Welcome Reception Food and Beverage Sponsorship $11,000 | One available
- Sponsorship of the food and beverage for the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday evening

- Exclusive sponsorship of up to a 20’ x 20’ entertainment activity within or just outside the exhibit hall (Sponsor determines, coordinates, and pays for entertainment activity. Activity must be approved by AAPPR.)
- One push notification in the mobile app encouraging attendees to visit the station and recognizing sponsors

Sustainable Hydration Stations Sponsorship $11,000 | One available
- Drive traffic to your booth while promoting the AAPPR Conference’s sustainability goals. Sponsor provides branded reusable water bottles for attendees. (Optional idea: Host a decorating/sticker station in your booth.)
- AAPPR will include the sponsor’s logo and instructions to visit the sponsor’s booth to pick up the official conference water bottle in the informational (aka, “Know Before You Go”) email sent to conference registrants just prior to the conference and in a mobile app push notification onsite.

Breakout Session Presentation Sponsorship $10,000 | Five available – limited to one per company (subject to first right of refusal)
- Sponsor gets the valuable opportunity to present during one of the breakout session time slots on a topic of their choice. The topic can be educational and/or sales focused.
- AAPPR provides a room, audio-visual equipment, signage, and lists the presentation in the conference agenda on mobile app and on the website
- The seating capacity of the session room will be around 125
Lanyard Sponsorship $10,000 | One available (subject to first right of refusal)
- Place your company’s logo around the necks of conference attendees. The name badge lanyards will be co-branded with your logo and AAPPR’s. AAPPR will produce the lanyards.

Entertainment Sponsor for Networking Party $10,000 | One available (subject to first right of refusal)
- Sponsor our mock horse racing at Churchill Downs
- Ability to introduce entertainment activity

- Sponsorship of the high-impact entertainment act before the opening keynote session on Wednesday

- Host a charitable activity in the exhibit hall. (Space, tables, and chairs provided by AAPPR. Sponsor coordinates and pays expenses associated with activity. Activity must be approved by AAPPR.)

Meal Sponsorship $6,500 | Four available (one subject to first right of refusal)
- Sponsor breakfast or lunch on Wednesday or Thursday
- Optional: Offer an enhanced food or beverage station in addition to standard food provided by AAPPR, such as a dessert station or waffle bar (at the sponsor’s cost). AAPPR will consult with you and must approve your plan.

- Sponsorship of one breakout room for one day (Wednesday or Thursday); three educational sessions will take place in each room

- Verbal recognition in opening remarks of each session in your assigned room

Capture attendees’ attention and gain visibility for your company or products/services at the 2027 Annual Conference through the following valuable branding opportunities within the Kentucky International Convention Center. Graphic Cubes $2,750 | Six available (subject to first right of refusal)
These cubes will be placed throughout the dedicated conference space. The top and bottom cubes will be branded with pictures of AAPPR members to capture attention. Your branding/message will be featured on the middle cube at eye level.

Display your message on the large LED screen attendees will see when entering the exhibit hall (the green doors in image). A maximum of three sponsors will be featured with scrolling images.

Escalator Rail Graphics $2,500 | Three available
Share your message with attendees as they ride the escalators. Two are from the entry level to the second floor (Registration and Exhibit Hall) and one is between the entry level and the lower level (Breakout Sessions).

Position your brand on the elevator doors connecting the main conference level to the exhibit hall and meal function level. As attendees travel to networking breaks, meals, and the exhibit hall, your message will be seen repeatedly throughout the conference, providing high visibility exposure along one of the event's busiest attendee routes.

Hotel Room Drops $8,500 | Two available
Connect with attendees by having a branded gift and/or messaging delivered directly to their hotel room on Tuesday or Wednesday. The sponsor provides items to each hotel to deliver to guest rooms. Drops with multiple items must be combined into one package per room (such as a box or gift bag). Items must be pre-approved by AAPPR. Delivery charges are included in the sponsorship fee. AAPPR will work with the hotel to ensure gifts are delivered to conference attendees only (not exhibitors) who are staying in the official conference room block at the Marriott and Omni Downtown Louisville Hotels.
