SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR INFORMATION 


Sponsor and exhibitor updates are being sent from the partner@naepnet.org e-mail address or directly from eshow.  Please ensure that your email platform is set to accept messages from those email addresses so that you receive all updates regarding EPIC.

 


Each booth includes pipe and drape, a sign, and carpet. The booth does not include tables, chairs or electricity. Please work with the official show decorator, Arata, to arrange for these items if desired.


Each exhibit booth purchase includes 2 full conference passes and 1 exhibit hall only pass. Sponsors inclusions are determined by sponsorship level and picks choosen during registration. 


Bulk Registration Option

As the primary contact for The Home Depot you may register your company’s attendees.

How it works:

  1. Login to Exhibitor Service Center using your credentials below
  2. Select Register New Booth Staff
  3. Enter the required details on the form.

Important - The system allows you to enter one attendee at a time. After completing a registration, you will have the option to add additional attendees prior to completing, if needed.

 

NEW: Individual Booth Staff Self-Registration Option

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature to simplify your exhibitor experience—your team can now self-register.

  1. Navigate to Individual Booth Staff Registration
  2. Select your company/booth name
  3. Enter your unique passcode provided by your primary contact

Important - Registrations completed this way will automatically count toward your booth’s pass allotment.

The Gaylord Pacific Resort is easily accessible via San Diego International Airport (SAN), just 20 minutes from the hotel.


The pre-conference list will be send to the Primary Contact for each company per your booth or sponsorship purchase.  The list will be sent on March 22nd, seven days before the conference.  
 

BE AWARE
No one should contact you directly to purchase an attendee list.  Conference attendee lists are NOT available for purchase through NAEP or any other company.  Anyone selling you an attendee list is NOT legitimate and should be reported to NAEP.

Arata is the contracted decorator for the exhibit hall. Arata will reach out to your primary contact within one week of registering for the conference, once the exhibitor service center goes live in February.

Food and beverages (F&B) other than alcohol may be served at booths within the Exhibit Hall as long as done so within the hotel’s policies and catered through hotel. Please note that the Gaylord is a F&B exclusive resort and therefore has very strict policies regarding the distribution and/or consumption of F&B.

Please note that payment for Sponsorships, Exhibitor Booths, and/or additional passes can be made via credit card or check. If paying by check, the payment should be sent to our check payment lockbox.
