Community Service Forum Project Submission

Community Service Program Requirements: 

• Must have been conducted within 18 months of the start of AMEC 2027 (September 2025 or later) 
• The project must have been submitted on the chapter’s quarterly Chapter Report Form 
• We will allow late Chapter Report submissions of the data to fulfill this requirement.  
• Members whose campuses do not have a chartered chapter are exempt from this requirement and will receive support in creating a plan to charter a chapter 
• Priority will be given to programs that align with SNMA’s National Community Service Protocol, but all service events are welcome 
• All programs funded with the SNMA Community Service Grant must be presented at the Community Service Forum
