Premedical Recruitment Fair
The Premedical Recruitment Fair is a separate exhibit experience designed for organizations seeking to connect with undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students pursuing careers in medicine. The fair has its own designated exhibit space and schedule.

Combination Package

Sponsored Events: Breakfasts & Receptions
Organizations may host sponsored breakfasts or receptions as an additional opportunity to connect with AMEC attendees. An exhibit booth purchase is required to host a sponsored event.
Sponsored Event Fee: $1,500
- The $1,500 sponsored event fee is waived for Diamond and Platinum sponsors.
- Purchase of an exhibit booth is required.
- The sponsoring organization is responsible for all audiovisual (AV), food, and beverage costs associated with its event.
Registration & Additional Fees
Exhibitor registration offers Regular and Late rates. Applicable rates are confirmed during registration, and exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.
- Additional Exhibit-Only Staff Registration: $250 per person, subject to exhibit package limits.
- Credit Card Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
All exhibit registrations are subject to availability and applicable exhibitor policies and terms.
