VIEW 2027 SPONSORSHIP PROSPECTUS

Sponsored Event Reservation

AMEC 2027 exhibitors and sponsors may host sponsored breakfasts and receptions as additional opportunities to engage with conference attendees. Purchase of an exhibit booth is required to reserve a sponsored event.

Sponsored Event Fee: $1,500

The sponsored event fee is waived for Diamond and Platinum sponsors. All other eligible organizations must pay the $1,500 fee to SNMA as part of the event reservation process.

The sponsoring organization is responsible for all audiovisual (AV), food, and beverage costs associated with its event. These expenses are separate from the sponsored event fee.
