Hotel Reservation Deadline: Tuesday, March 2, 2027
Reservations must be made by March 2, 2027, or before the conference room block sells out, whichever comes first. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and early reservations are strongly encouraged.

Hotel Rates & Fees: Room rates are subject to applicable hotel taxes, currently 13.38%, and a daily resort fee of $20 plus applicable tax. The resort fee includes high-speed internet access for two devices, fitness center access for two guests, and local telephone calls. Taxes and fees are subject to change.

Deposits & Cancellations: A deposit equal to the first night's room rate plus tax will be charged when your reservation is made. Changes and cancellations must be completed at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Reservations made within three days of arrival are subject to a nonrefundable deposit.

Conference room rates cannot be combined with other hotel discount programs.
